Membership at Memorial is so much more than attending church services on Sundays. Our members are an incredible group of men and women who have been saved by the grace of God and serve by the Spirit of God. Members are called to a higher degree of responsibility, service and sacrifice. We hope that, as the Lord leads, you will become a covenant member of our church family. Any person desiring membership in Memorial Baptist Church are asked to complete the following steps:
In our “Start Here” class, you’ll learn about the DNA of Memorial; our mission, our vision, our history, our covenant to one another, and much, much more. All those who want to join Memorial Baptist Church through membership must complete this class.
Baptism at Memorial Baptist
For many, baptism is the first public step of obedience to Christ. If you have not been baptized following salvation, we ask you to take this step before becoming a Church Member.
Suggested Listening & Reading
We suggest that prospective members to listen to and read the items provided in the Resources section of this page before affirming our Membership Covenant.
Affirm our Church Covenant
The final step in becoming a member is to affirm the Membership Covenant. In the “Start Here” class we will explain the covenant, listen to your testimony and answer any questions you might have. Once you fulfill the requirements of membership and affirm the church covenant, you are considered a Church Member.
